Revealing the Darkside can be difficult

Sometimes we do not know how or what the "Darkside" is, especially when it comes to our minds. However, the UK has a robust process for complaining, and sets standards across the globe for complaints and holding people and business accountable. Like everything it isn't perfect, and has areas that need updating and suffer from corruption.
There comes a time when services aren’t what they should be.
Standards are not met and we SHOULD file a complaint to ensure our rights are upheld and change can happen. There is a set process to follow, and if you are not sure, you should try to seek help from known services you trust.
Unfortunately, some people end up with an endless stream of complaints fighting every aspect thinking it's up to them to solve all problems on their own or they are paranoid of the corruption, given the current climate of mistrust that condition is understandable.
The Key is we must complain or raise awareness of our issues and problems to the correct channels and organisations.
Simply not saying anything means nothing can be seen from your perspective.
